LOCATION RIVERSIDE TOWER - This is a residential neighborhood just above mid-town. It is quiet, so you will get a good night's sleep away from midtown traffic. We are located 5 minutes from midtown, once you step into a cab or the subway. You can get a cab in less than a minute, and the subway is 3 blocks away, (a 3 minute walk). Three bus lines are also nearby. We give you maps of the city subway and bus lines.

The Museum of Natural History is 4 blocks away on our same street; Lincoln Center is just below us; and you can walk to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The Empire State Building is 15 minutes by subway and the Statue of Liberty, (ferry boat), is about 25 minutes.

DIRECTIONS TO RIVERSIDE TOWER HOTEL BY CAR

I-95 to George Washington Bridge, get into right hand lane as you approach the bridge,
look for the yellow and black sign that says Last Exit in N.Y., and turn right.
On exit road, take Parkway South; there is a big green and white sign that says
Parkway South, which is the Henry Hudson Parkway. Exit at 79th Street from the Parkway.
Go to Riverside Drive, which is about another 300 feet. You want to make a left hand turn, but it is illegal, so instead, turn right, go about 20 feet to a driveway, turn in to it, and back out so you face north, and go up one block to Riverside Drive and 80th. We are at that corner.

Take the New York Thruway to the Palisades Parkway to the George Washington Bridge,
Upper Level, and exit the right hand lane to Parkway South (Henry Hudson Parkway).
On Parkway, exit 79th street to Riverside Drive. You want to make a left hand turn, but it is illegal, so instead, turn right, go about 20 feet to a driveway, turn in to it, and back out so you face north, and go up one block to Riverside Drive and 80th. We are at that corner.

Take I-95 North to the New Jersey Turnpike to the Lincoln Tunnel exit. Out of the tunnel
go left to 42nd Street. At 42nd Street go left one block to 10th Avenue. At 10th Avenue turn
right and go up to 79th Street. At 79th Street, turn left and go 3 blocks to Riverside Drive.
At Riverside Drive turn right one block to 80th Street. We are at that corner.

Take Route 80, if you are near that interstate, to the George Washington Bridge, upper level,
exit right hand lane to Parkway South. On the Parkway exit 79th Street to Riverside drive and
turn left to 80th Street.

If you are too far south of Interstate 80, instead take the Pennsylvania Turnpike to the New Jersey
Turnpike to the Lincoln Tunnel exit. Out of the tunnel go left to 42nd Street. Turn left at 42nd one
block to 10th Avenue. At 10th, turn right up to 79th Street. At 79th street, turn left 3 blocks to Riverside.
At Riverside, turn right one block to 80th. We are at that corner.

DIRECTIONS TO RIVERSIDE TOWER HOTEL FROM AIRPORTS

	1. Taxicab, about $45. Tell the driver you want to go to the corner of Riverside Drive and 80th Street. Time: About 40 minutes.

	2. Subway, $2.00. Take the Air Train to the subway. Cost: $5 per person. Take the subway to 59th Street and change there (free transfer) to the subway #1 or #9 uptown. Get off at 79th Street. Walk up 1 block to 80th Street. Turn left and walk 2 blocks to Riverside Drive. We are 0 at that corner. Time: about 1 hour and 20 minutes.

	1. Taxicab, about $25-$30. Tell the driver you want to go to the corner of Riverside Drive and 80th Street. Time: About 30 minutes.

	2. City Bus, $2.00. Go to the bus stop (there are only 2) in front of the airline terminal. Take the M60 bus. You need exact change in coins to get on. Ask for a free transfer. Take bus to the end of the line, at Broadway and 106th Street. Use the transfer to get on the M104 bus. Get off at 79th Street. Walk back to 80th Street turn left and go 2 blocks to 80th Street and Riverside Drive. Time: About 1 hour.

1. Taxicab, about $55. Tell the driver you want to go to the corner of Riverside Drive and 80th
Street. Time: About 1 hour.

2. Airport Bus, $10 per person. Go to outside end of airline Terminal, to the parking lot for buses.
Go to the parking space with the sign that says 'New Jersey Transit Bus, New York City'.
That takes you to the bus terminal in New York City or 'Olympia Trails' which takes you to 34th Street & 8th Avenue in New York City. In either case, take the A or C subway uptown to 59th Street, there is a free transfer to the #1 or #9 subway uptown to 79th Street. Walk up one block to 80th Street. Turn Left and walk 2 blocks to Riverside Drive. We are at that corner. Time: About 1 hour and 20 minutes. If instead you want to take a taxicab (about $8) after getting off the bus from the airport, just tell the driver to take you to the corner of Riverside Drive and 80th Street.
